WANT TO HELP THE ENVIRONMENT?
Remember the following words:
Reduce Reuse Recycle
REDUCE Reduce means to
limit the amount of things we throw away.
One way to reduce trash is to use reusable containers instead of plastic or paper bags.
Use reusable water bottles instead of buying water in plastic bottles. This will save money and help the environment.
REUSE Reuse means to use
an object again instead of throwing it away. Some items that you can reuse are plastic bags, glass containers, gift bags, and soda bottles
Pencil Jar
Flower Vases
Storage Containers
RECYCLE To recycle means to
take a product that can no longer be used and have it sent to a recycling center to be broken down and made into something entirely new.
How does this help the environment?
Reduces the amount of waste in landfills
Helps to keep our planet clean for future generations
Saves energy when extra products are not being created
Conserves our natural resources
Prevents pollution
This is what we are doing to our environment. These
are land fields.
We want to keep our planet clean for future generations!
Even You Can Help! What can you
do?ReduceReuse
Recycle
Thank You!
