How did you attract/address your audience?

My coverlines feature the names of multiple artists that my audience may be interested in

The main image is the most vital part of the front cover and must standout to the audience. The model’s serious composure and gaze aimed directly at the camera sets the tone for the magazine’s content as ‘serious’.

I use a simple spacious masthead to accommodate the short-word title. I chose a small title and a word I believe is easy to remember.

My contents page includes the magazine’s masthead to establish a brand identity.

Here is a list of features included in the magazine with brief detail. This includes page numbers so the audience can easily navigate to whichever page they choose.

Contents page also includes a section showing all the different reviews that are included within the magazine as one of the findings of my audience research was that a potential audience would like to see credible reviews within my magazine

I have included a large image which refers back to the main image on the front cover. I have done this to showcase the main feature of this issue.

I have used hyperbole in this heading to create an impression of confidence within the writing style of my magazine.

I have used a minimalistic design for my double page spread to allow for easy navigation around the page.

This double page also includes a pull quote to immediately attract the reader’s attention

I have again included the magazine’s name on this page to further establish a brand identity
