Question: How do I access and print my Electronic Form W-2?

Answer: Electronic Form W-2 can be found online via EagleNET through the EWU website. The following steps will guide you through the process of accessing and/or printing your W-2 information.

Login to EagleNET from the EWU website@ https://inside.ewu.edu/  

Click on the EagleNet Link under Quick Links/General down the left side.

Sign in via SSO

You are now in EagleNET Now select Employee

Now select the Tax Forms

 

 

Click Here 

   Jane Doe 

Now select W-2 Wage and Tax Statement

        

Click Here 

   Jane Doe 

Select the desired Tax Year form the drop down, Then Click Display. 

         

Click Here 

Select the Tax Year 

You are now able to view your W‐2 Wage Tax Statement

Enter your PIN, then click Submit. 

          

Your PIN is initially set-up as your Date of Birth (MMDDYY) If you do not know your PIN, follow the directions below or call the EWU Help Desk (509)359-2247 for further assistance

You are now able to print the “Printable W‐2”.  This version will now show the full Social Security Number. Click on File, then Chose Print.

If you do know know your PIN, log out of EagleNet and close the browser  Go directly to the EagleNet website at https://inside.ewu.edu/eaglenet/ and click on the PIN ACCESS button.  

  You must have first closed your browser or you will get an error message. If you get an error message, close the browser, navigate back to this website, and click the PIN ACCESS button.  You will see the following page:  Your PIN is initially set‐up as your Date of Birth (MMDDYY)  If you do not know your PIN, click on “Forgot PIN?” to answer the security verification questions. If you cannot answer the challenge question, call the EWU Help Desk (509)359‐2247 for further assistance
