You can now complete new business quotes and applications online for the Aegon SIPP, making it easier for you to maximise your clients’ savings for retirement. Please note you can only submit an application online to create a new Aegon SIPP for new and existing clients.

Select the residency information and client relationship. 3
Select your client’s Aegon SIPP options, then Next.4
Handy hintIf you select Add client specific annuity illustration assumptions we’ll ask for the assumptions you’d like us to use when estimating the annuity the projected fund value may buy.
If you select Use existing model portfolio, you’ll then select an existing model portfolio. You must make sure that your model portfolios are authorised to use with the Aegon SIPP. To do this you may need your portfolio manager to update the product selection to include the Aegon SIPP.
Add any new transfers in, including Standard, Block or Pension credit.5
Plus any individual or employer contributions. Select Next. 6

Confirm the Advice basis. Then use the drop down or search bar to find the assets you want to invest the contributions in to. Use the plus icon next to the fund to add the ones you want.

Add any initial adviser charge on any contributions and/or transfer in. You can also add an ongoing adviser charge and/or service charge. Select Next.

You’ll then see all the documents relevant to the transaction including the quote and important pre-sales documents. Select Download all, then Next to continue to the application. Or, Save and exit if you’re not ready to apply yet.

Handy hintIf you’re transferring contributions from another provider, make sure you download and complete a transfer authority form for each transfer. Download it in the section above and send it to us as soon as you’re ready to complete the application.
Application
For new clients - enter their details including their National Insurance number.
For existing clients - we’ll pre-populate your client’s details and National Insurance number (if we have it).
Confirm if your client’s solely UK resident for tax purposes.

Scroll down to check the Residential address or change it. Confirm the Correspondence address if it’s the same, or select No to enter a different address. We also need your client’s email address but the remaining fields are optional. We’ll populate the information we already hold for existing clients.

Use the drop down to enter your client’s Employment status, and answer the questions. Select Next.3

Enter the payment details for any single or monthly contributions. Select Next. 4
You’ll then see a summary of the application. Select Next. 5
Read and accept the Verification of identity, Self certification, Advice given and Applicant/client agreement sections. Select Submit.

We’ll then ask you for the payment details if you’ve added single or monthly contributions, and selected to pay by debit card. Enter the details and select Make Payment.

You’ll then see confirmation and your request reference number. You can also download your quote and applicable documents again. Select Finish to return to your dashboard.
