First of all, power off and unplug your copier, then empty paper fromthe problem tray and from the tray below it. Take out the problemtray, now you can see a paper jammed. Remove the paper by using anon-metallic item like a plastic ruler. Take out the dislodged paper byopening the tray below the problem tray. Push in the trays andpower ON the Copier.
