How does Camelot University work? The first step in the implementation process is to complete the Core PW Learning Program for your role in Camelot University. Each course consists of lesson videos and simulations, along with an accompanying workbook. Each course in the Learning Program builds on the one before it. The online course material is designed as self-paced study and does not require access to a database, although you may practice what you have learned in your database once deployment has been completed

What is my Adobe ID? Your Adobe ID is used to create your account on Camelot University. It must match what Camelot has on file. Therefore, we recommend using your primary work email address that you use to contact Camelot.

Why did I not receive an email from Adobe? The most likely reason for this is that your Adobe ID does not match your email address on file with Camelot. Contact Camelot Support

My video wouldn’t play. I only see this screen. (See figure 1)

Video playback has been prevented, this could be for multiple reasons outlined below. Click the icon highlighted, even if your icon looks different (See figure 2).

If you see the pop up below (See figure 3.2) select “Allow” to enable flash player

I completed a lesson but I can’t go on to the next one (See Figure 4).

The first place you should check is the Table of Contents for the last lesson you worked on (See figure 5). The lesson Table of Contents is accessed with the TOC icon next to the sound icon on the bottom right side of the screen while in a lesson. Lesson sections have a check mark once they are completed. All sections of a lesson must be completed to advance to the next lesson.

First check the table of contents for the lesson you are trying to mark as complete. Access the table of contents using the TOC icon next highlighted below during video or simulation playback. Completed sections will be marked with a check; all sections must be checked for the Lesson to be complete.

I failed a lesson, what should I do? eLearning users get two attempts to pass a lesson then the score is finalized. After the second attempt the users are able to proceed to the next lesson. They also have the ability to redo the lesson as many times as they like, for extra practice, but the grade recorded in the system will not change. If you can’t access the next lesson review the troubleshooting tips above, then Contact Camelot Support for assistance. The course may be re-done ‘as desired’ for additional ‘practice’ but the grade will remain unchanged.

My keyboard shortcuts do not work in software simulations.

Depending on your browser, keyboard shortcuts may not always work. Certain standard Microsoft keyboard shortcuts utilized in Excalibur and Express WMS, such as [Ctrl + N] are also used by your internet browser. This is ok because the simulations will also accept user input from the mouse.

Where do I find the Workbooks mentioned in the eLearning videos?

Workbooks can be found either through job aids or within the individual course they correspond with. From the eLearning Homepage, job aids are in the upper right corner of the page (See figure 6.0)

The second way to access the workbooks is through the course the workbook is associated with. For example, the Core C3 Workbook is found as the last module in the Core C3 Course (See figure 6.1)
