A thread glued to both of the trailing edges of the kite for a drogue to be attached later perhaps

I marked the trailing edgesand part of the the jet chute IN BLACKINK;

along this line the bottom and top surface are to be glued

in small parallel steps of about 1.5 cm(about 0.5") to make life easier
