Main ResponsibilitiesThis is a new role. It will provide administrative support to fundraising and marketing activities in order to boost the charity’s income.

including supporting event participants to maximise their fundraising potential; To support the Fundraising & Marketing Director in tracking and forecasting income and

expenditure for the Community & Events budget line; To maintain and regularly update the supporter database (using Salesforce); To maintain and update marketing materials as requested; To support colleagues (staff, trustees and volunteers) in delivering fundraising activities, including

attending events and conferences; To provide administrative support for Fundraising, Marketing and Communications activities and to

the wider team as requested;

To apply best fundraising practices, including compliance with the Data Protection Act, and ensure that all systems, processes and operating models are maintained appropriately to deliver an efficient service to our supporters.

Additional Information Must have the right to live and work in the UK (MapAction is unable to consider candidates who do

not already hold appropriate permissions) Must be able to work from the MapAction offices in Saunderton, HP14 Be flexible and willing to work on occasions outside office hours including evening and weekends

(e.g. representing MapAction at the London marathon). Must have a full, clean driving licence Must have an appreciation of, and affinity with, the humanitarian purpose of the charity
