Energy and Strength :

Energy and strength are very much required for players while

playing as well as for injury prevention…

The player should follow an efficient movement while playing and inefficiency bumps on the injury

Conditioning :

Players must follow a strenuous aerobic

exercise to maintain the body flexibility in

between the resting period

Injury rates are high for athletes who

didn't maintain a proper physical

fitness regime.

The player should progress gradually after a period of

inactivity and should follow

Aerobic conditioning,

Strength training and

Agility training etc..

Athletes must avoid overuse injuries by taking at least

one season rest after a continuous play

The coach or the trainer should deliver the right

information to the players about the injury

prevention program and its usability time to time.
