People do pushups every day thinking that is the way to huge pecs, WRONG, it isnt even the way to strong pecs. Doing pushups every day optimizes your pecs for doing pushups every day. 5] While doing chest training, hit it HARD. You need to work out chest with intensity for 70-80 minutes. Building a big chest takes power and it takes volume. No you CANT do half your chest exercises in the morning and rest in night do it all at one occasion!

6] Alter rest and reps range weekly. Change rest period from

week to week. When you go really intense with 3-5 reps, take

5min rest between sets. When you are working out with lighter

weight with 8-12 reps only do a minute between sets.

7] Shoulder packing is vital for two reasons. It prevents

shoulder injuries & packed position gives you extra mechanical

leverage which allows you to lift additional weight.

8 ] Good nutrition. You should take good, high protein nutrition

not only on your workout day but also for the next 5 days after

the workout.

9] Get enough sleep. Have good genetics. Pecs shape is genetic.

If you have a gap between your pecs you will have it no matter

how huge your pecs become.
