How to build bigger Pecs
1] Patience! Building muscle is a very slow process, it might
take an year.
2] Perform lot of squeezing workouts. The most common
mistake people make when training chest is that they only
focus on pushing workouts like bench press and dumbbell
presses. To build a huge, powerful chest you got to do
squeezing exercises! You can perform alternate squeezing and
pushing chest workouts.
3] Don’t workout shoulders or triceps 2 days before your chest
workout. Reason behind it, too much pushing makes shoulder
tired and triceps interfere with their ability to give chest
workouts.
4] Avoid overtraining! People do pushups every day thinking
that is the way to huge pecs, WRONG, it isnt even the way to
strong pecs. Doing pushups every day optimizes your pecs for
doing pushups every day.
5] While doing chest training, hit it HARD. You need to work out
chest with intensity for 70-80 minutes. Building a big chest
takes power and it takes volume. No you CANT do half your
chest exercises in the morning and rest in night – do it all at one
occasion!

6] Alter rest and reps range weekly. Change rest period from
week to week. When you go really intense with 3-5 reps, take
5min rest between sets. When you are working out with lighter
weight with 8-12 reps only do a minute between sets.
7] Shoulder packing is vital for two reasons. It prevents
shoulder injuries & packed position gives you extra mechanical
leverage which allows you to lift additional weight.
8 ] Good nutrition. You should take good, high protein nutrition
not only on your workout day but also for the next 5 days after
the workout.
9] Get enough sleep. Have good genetics. Pecs shape is genetic.
If you have a gap between your pecs you will have it no matter
how huge your pecs become.
