How to complete an Export Manifest

The Export manifest is More or less like the Imports manifest.

Step1. - General Segment

Fill in the General Segment.

The “Place of departure” should be a port in the Solomon Islands

Step2. - General Segment

Verify the General segment of the Manifest and save .

When the ‘Transaction complete” window as shown below pops up click on the Forward button as

highlighted green below.

The General segment tab should refresh and popup again with the “BOL” tab now active. BOL tab

highlighted on the below image.

Step1 – Manifest - Waybills

Now click on the “Bol” Tab.

On the BOL tab Click on the “add Bol” icon to add the bill.

When the “Create new B/L” window pops up click on the tick

NOTE: This part should only be completed after the Bills are received.

The Manifest-Waybill window should popup.

Under the “Waybill reference number” Enter the bill

Under “Nature” Enter “22” for Exports

Exporter/Shipper Enter the TIN for the Exporting Company and the details should be displayed

automatically.

The Section under Transport will be automatically filled up from the details enter on the general

segment.

The “Notify” and “Consignee” will be entered as free text as both the Notify Party and consignee are

foreign individuals or companies.

From here, as we have a container we will proceed to the “container” tab.

Note: If in the event you do not have any container skip step2– Manifest - Waybills below and

proceed to step3– Manifest - Waybills further below.

Step2 – Manifest - Waybills

Under the “Container” tab, we fill all the fields just as we have done for imports. Then use the add

container icon on the top to save the changes.

Once this changes are saved. Make sure the weight and packages of your container(s) under the

“Containers” tab are equal to the weight and packages under the “Waybill” tab.

Step3 – Manifest – Waybills

Clicking on the icon to verify and icon to Save the Waybill.

Now that we have saved our first bill we can proceed to our second bill by repeating from Step1 –

Manifest - Waybills.

When you are sure that all your bills are completed you will now need to attach each bills to their

Export SAD.

Note: Before the below step can be performed you have to make sure that the Export SAD is

already paid.

Step 1 – SAD Export

Click on the “SAD Export’ tab

On the SAD “Export” tab you will find the “Export Declaration Reference”

The order to fill the columns is as follows:

Office: HIRS

SAD Type/Serial: E for Exports

SAD Reference Number: 1 for Export SAD Reference number

Date of Registration: 02/01/2018.

On the Export SAD this information can be found as shown below:

When you have entered the required information. Click on the “Add Declaration” button

(highlighted on the below image) and the entered information will be saved as shown below.

SAD Type/Serial

SAD Reference Number

You will have to repeat the processes on Step 1 – SAD Export till all the Bill(s) are assigned with their

corresponding Export SAD. In the event where you have multiple SADs per bill you can add all the

corresponding SADs to their bill(s).

Step 2 – SAD Export

Clicking on the icon to verify and icon to Save the Waybill.

Now that you have created and stored your Manifest General Segment, Created and stored your

Way Bills and assign the corresponding Paid Export SADs to each and every waybills and all is

satisfactory we can proceed to register the Export Manifest.

Step3. - General Segment

From your General segment you can now go and verify your export Manifest.

Click icon to verify and you can go on to Register straight away by .

The below “Transaction completed” message box should popup to confirm that you have

successfully completed and registered your export Manifest. Click on the tick as highlighted below to

close the Message box.
