How to create a Profile ID?

1. Go to this link on browser (Chrome, Safari, etc): https://www.wftraininghub.com/

From the menu, click Launch Digital Hub.

2. Click don’t have a Profile ID?

3. Enter First Name and Last Name. Click Next.

4. Next enter your details:

Position Title = GP, Nurse, etc.

Department = Primary Care

Employee Number = Optional

Organisation = Search your practice / surgery / site and select it

Click Next.

5. Give your NHS mail and confirm email again.

Enter your National Insurance Number (it is 9 characters long) and click

Encrypt.

Click Save.

A profile ID will be created and sent to your email.

6. Go to your NHS email.

You will see this message “Click here to complete your Profile ID

registration.” Click ‘here’

You must click this link otherwise your Profile ID will not be activated.

You will be taken to this page. Click Activate.

Your profile ID is now activated. Well Done!

7. Go back to your NHS email. Copy the profile ID that has been sent to

you via email.

8. Go to Google Play store / App Store and search for ‘Class Attendance

Tracker’

Select this application and Install

NOTE: For iPhone Users, you might need to put your Apple ID

password in order to allow installation.

Click here and ‘Paste’ (We copied this from mail).

From now onwards, a QR code will be shown.

Simply open the app.

Go to second tab called ‘Scan QR Code’

Scan the code at the end of the session!
