The big myth...

Sell the END RESULT to make the most money.

Look there are a TON of people right now telling you to “sell results”, “sell results”, “sell results.” It’s not bad advice BUT it only gives you HALF of the solution

because most people sell the WRONG results.

Specialize in generating revenue...

You will earn more money when you specialize and become an expert in delivering a positive revenue RESULT

Don’t be the best at doing it all and “figuring it out”...HINT: you can’t do it all.

Shift 4: Take Control of When You’re Paid

Setting up your systemYou want to be paid on time, every time.

If you’re just sending invoices and waiting on checks or PayPal payments, scaling this will be harder - but not impossible.

There are two key components to gaining control of when and how much your client pays you...

Full Transparency through Regular ReportsPart of the deal you set up needs to include reporting accountability.

You must receive regular sales reports (monthly, bi-weekly, etc…)

There is a method to setting this up...

Control the Payment FlowPayments to you should be made on a credit card on an agreed upon schedule.

Everything is paid via credit card.

Everything.

Can you see the big picture?You’re generating revenue for your clients…

You continue to be paid as long as your client reaps the rewards of your work
