To get started, you will need to log into Facebook as the user that manages your business page.

Click on the top right corner of your Facebook page to see all pages you manage under this username.From there, scroll down and click on “Create Ads”

Select your desired business page (if you have more than one page)Then you will need to Name the campaign.

STEP 1: CREATE AD ACCOUNT
You can narrow your target audience by age, country, language, gender, and other factors. When choosing location, a map will appear for reference.

Detailed targeting allows you to laser-target Facebook users by their areas such as demographics, interests, behaviors, and many other factors.

Lifetime budget: the MAX amount of money that you will spend for this specific ad campaign regardless of scheduled “end dates”
Daily Limit: the amount of money you want to spend every single day until you turn off the ad or until your scheduled “end date”
Start/End Dates: you can set ads to run for a specified length of time and will run until the end date or the lifetime budget is reached.
STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR BUDGET
Caution: when starting out, be EXTREMLY aware of which type of budget you have selected so you don’t overspend without realizing it.

Daily Limit: the amount of money you want to spend every single day until you turn off the ad or until your scheduled “end date”

• Impression: every time someone “sees” your ad in their newsfeed(widest audience)
• Page Likes/Clicks:every time someone clicks on your ad (most interested audience)

• Single image: good for general ads
• Multiple images: good for a product/service with multiple parts or stages

• Body Text
• Call To Action (CTA)
