Data-driven organizations do it better by: recognizing that data doesn’t belong to IT expecting all employees and departments to share
data supporting using data in employees’ day-to-day work investing in training employees about how to use
data in their jobs tolerating questions and disagreements about
decisions – as long as it’s based on data analysis having executives that value data and support a
data-driven culture
