Level I: Introduces various topics like fixed income, equity, and derivatives etc. which are eventually used for creating portfolios and focus on investment tools. Level I CFA® exam is offered twice a year in December and June. The exam is composed of 240 multiple choices questions split equally between the morning and afternoon sessions.
Level II: Emphasizes on application of various tools like quantitative analysis and portfolio analysis for doing asset valuation. Level II CFA® exam is only offered once a year in June. The exam is composed of 20 item set questions (with 6 items each) split equally between the morning and afternoon session where in total candidate will have 120 items to solve.
Level III: Focuses on Portfolio Management and different strategies for creating specific portfolios for individuals and institutions and focus on synthesis and evaluation. Level III CFA® exam is only offered once a year in June. The exam is composed of constructed response questions (usually between 8 and 12 questions) for the morning session and of item set questions (with 6 items each) for the afternoon session.

• The SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exams contain two types of questions:
– Knowledge items cover the four Knowledge Domains (People, Organization, Workplace, and Strategy). Knowledge items assess candidates› understanding of factual information. Correct answers will receive full credit.
– Situational judgment items assess candidates’ eight behavioral competencies (Leadership & Navigation, Business Acumen, Ethical practice, Relationship Management, Consultation, Critical Evaluation, Global & Cultural Effectiveness, and Communication), and decision-making skills. Examinees are presented with realistic work-related scenarios and asked to choose the best of several possible strategies to resolve. Examinees will receive full credit for choosing the best possible answer.
