Diabetes Type 2, heart disease, & high blood pressure.

Cut out the fast food. Even their salads are unhealthy.

HOW TO CHANGE OUR WAYS!
Eat a well – balanced diet. We were all taught the food pyramid! Eat the recommended amount of each, fruits, meats, grains, veggies, dairy, and sweets!

HOW TO CHANGE OUR WAYS!
Eating a well-balanced diet is important. But so is portion control! Eat your veggies and fruits, but also you can eat your sweets too! Try eating an oatmeal raisin cookie instead of a chocolate chip and only eat one or two, instead of a plateful!

HOW TO CHANGE OUR WAYS!
Get Outside & Play! Just 30 minutes a day of moderate to intense
play can keep you feeling good and in shape. If you are trying to lose weight, try an hour a day and increase the intensity!
This can include running, brisk walking, playing football, basketball, ultimate frisbee, jump roping, and so much more!
Remember to much intensity can result in injury!

Feel Good About Yourself! Have a positive outlook on getting healthy,
not looking a certain way ! =] Don’t focus on the long term outcome, but on
how you are getting healthier by the day!
