• IIFT 2017 Registration begins on July 24, 2017.

• Last date for submission of IIFT 2017 Application Form is September 8, 2017.

• Last date for submission of IIFT Application Form for Foreign Nationals is February 15, 2018.

• IIFT might open a form correction window in October 2017.

• All candidates who register successfully can download the admit card from November 2017, onwards.

Who Can Apply for IIFT Exam?• Candidates should possess a Bachelors’ degree of minimum 3 years duration in

any discipline from a recognized university.

• There is no age limit for appearing in IIFT exam.

• Candidates appearing in the final year examination of their graduate program are also eligible to apply.

• For candidates applying under Foreign Nationals/NRI/PIO/OCI category, the admission will be granted on the basis of GMAT score. The score should not have been declared before January 1, 2015, and should be submitted at the Institute latest by March 31, 2018.

Step 1- Online Registration

1. Visit the website i.e. iiftadmissions.net.in/.

2. On the sidebar click on "Apply Now".

3. On clicking this, a new window will open

4. Choose the category under which you want to apply.

5. Enter the required details for registration and click on ‘submit’ to complete the registration process.

6. On this new page, provide your Name, Email Address, Date of Birth and Mobile Number and address details.

7. Create a password for filling the IIFT application form. The candidate has to provide all the details as asked and then a security key input has to be done.

8. Copy the code on the screen.

Step 2- Fill Application Form

1. In the next step after the registration process, candidates can see their auto generated Application Number. Candidates would also receive a notification through an email on the candidate’s registered email id.

2. Candidates should click on “Log-in” to their IIFT profile.

3. To log-in candidates are required to enter their Application number and the password which they created while registering during registration process.

4. Candidates have to then fill IIFT application form and will receive an email on their registered email id on successful completing filling and submitting the IIFT Application Form.

Step 3- Application Fee Payment1. Next, the applicants have to pay the application fees through any one of the

two available modes: Online Gateway or Demand Draft.

2. In case the payment is made through Demand Draft then the candidate must not forget to mention details of DD in the application form

Step 4: Upload Documents1. Candidates have to upload their scanned photograph and signature in .jpg / .jpeg

format only (file size not more than 50kb each)2. Finally, candidates can take a printout of their online application form.3. Once completed, an intimation regarding successful registration will be sent to the

registered email id.

How to Obtain IIFT Offline Application Form?

• To fill the Application form of IIFT in offline mode, candidates should visit the Institute to buy the prospectus against cash payment or demand draft.

• Candidates have to duly fill the application form which will be attached to the prospectus.

• After filling the IIFT application form, candidates are required to send the application form in an envelope along with important documents to Institute by September 5, 2017. Here is its address:

IIFT Application Form for Foreign Nationals

• Foreign Nationals and NRI’s can directly apply through GMAT score. They do not need to appear for IIFT Exam.

• Only GMAT score/ result after January 1, 2015 is accepted and it should reach the institute by the third week of February 2018.

• Applications under Self-financing Scheme for foreign nationals must be forwarded through Ministry of Development, Government of India and should be received by the Institute latest by last week of March, 2018.

• These candidates should also send a copy of their GMAT Score along with the application form.

• In an envelope put the copy of the filled application form, GMAT Score Card and any set from one of the following documents, depending upon the category chosen during the form filling process:

1. Copy of the nationality proof of foreign country (foreign national) & photocopy of the first and last page of the passport (foreign national)

2. NRI category candidates have to provide the copy of the first and last page of the letter from embassy as proof of NRI

3. Children of NRI category have to provide the copy of the parent(s) passport, letter from embassy as a proof that the candidate is the child to an Indian couple who are foreign nationals

4. Original DD in case fee is not paid online

IIFT Application Fee• Candidates have to pay the stipulated application fee in order to complete IIFT

Application Form.

• Application Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• Candidates registering through offline mode have to pay the fee at the time of buying the prospectus (which will contain the application form).

• For candidates filling the online IIFT Application Form, there are two modes of payment:

1. Online Gateway: Candidates can use their Credit/Debit Cards (VISA/Master) to pay the application fees.

2. Demand Draft: To pay the fees through demand draft, candidates will draw the DD in favour of ‘Indian Institute of Foreign Trade’, payable at New Delhi. The candidates will then fill the details of Demand Draft in the Online Application Form.

About IIFT Exam• IIFT or the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade organizes its common admission test

known as IIFT Entrance Exam.

• It is a national level exam, conducted for admission to MBA program of International Business (IB).

• Each year, nearly 60,000 candidates register for IIFT Exam to compete for 360 seats available in IIFT’s Delhi and Kolkata campus.

• IIFT Exam 2017 is scheduled for November 26, 2017.

• The exam will be conducted in offline mode.
