Navigating Through Outlook

Introduction

We are going to navigate to the correct CRM window to locate specific contacts to follow

up.

Step 1: Open your Outlook account (Click on CRM then ‘Synchronise with CRM’)

Step 2: (Click on LiveQualTesting)

Step 3: Click on Marketing > Email Marketing > (Click on Email Sends)

Step 4: Click on your specific email send.

(The Email Send should open in a different a pop-up window) FYI: (If you can find your email send without searching, GREAT. If you can’t, search for a specific keyword which

relates to the eShot sent out, by using the search bar circled below.)

Details from the Email Send

Introduction

In the next few of steps we will go through how to get the specific contacts that have opened or

clicked through our Email Send.

Step 5: Click on Sent Emails. (This is located on the left hand side.)

FYI (All the links on the left hand side are all related to the email send)

Step 6: Next we need to sort the table by who has opened and click through the Email Send.

Click at the top of the open column and it will sort all the sent emails via opens for you. (This

can also be done for every column, for example ‘Clicks’)

FYI (This DOES NOT filter out all other sent emails)

Step 7: Click on any of the sent emails that have an open. (This will open up a pop-up

showing you everything regarding that specific sent email)

Step 8: Click on the contact.

Step 9: Call up their business phone for the follow up for that contact.

But we are not done yet!!

Step 10: Always leave a note saying you have left a message on their answering machine or spoken

to them directly over the phone. This is to let all other people in your department know that this

contact has been followed up.

Step 10a: Click on Add a new note

Step 10b: The title of the note is always the default, date, time and author of the note. (This Should

not be changed). Once you note has been inputted, click the save button first, then the Save and

Close button.

Very important step (Save your contact)

Step 11: To update this contact always save the contact with your favourite CRM buttons
