Credit Limitations

• No more than 4 units of Physical Education may be used in GPA/60 unit calculation

• No more than 70 transferrable units will count toward bachelor’s degree

Guaranteed Admission

• Seven campuses participate in the TAG program • TAG only ONE campus • Fill out an online TAG Application Today using the

planner • Submit your TAG September 1-30 the year you intend

on applying to transfer. • When your TAG is approved, fulfill all remaining

coursework and GPA requirements in your TAG agreement.

• Apply for admission to UC November 1-30 that same year.

Good to know Because the pool of students who apply to UC is different every year, the level of academic performance necessary for admission to a particular campus or major is different, too. Acceptance rates depend on the number of applicants, their academic qualifications and the spaces available.

• What is your intended major? Discuss how your interest in the subject developed and describe any experience you have had in the field — such as volunteer work, internships and employment, participation in student organizations and activities — and what you have gained from your involvement.
