Failure to comply with the Policies, Prohibited Content and Condition Guidelines may result in the immediate refusal of inventory. Also, the following products are not acceptable for FBA based on the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Please contact Seller Support if you have any questions about unsellable products.

1. Products that do not meet standards and laws in Japan We may ask you to submit an appropriate certification when necessary. 2. Products that cannot be stored at room temperature. 3. Foods General foods regardless of the presence or absence of expiration date. 4. Products that contain food (e.g., small toys with foods) 5. Date sensitive products Food and beverage products that expire. The following products are treated as sellable.

Please note that sellers are required to manage all products that have any expiration date

since Amazon Fulfillment Center does not manage those products. A product that has an expiration date may be listed with FBA as long as the unit is lot-controlled and the remaining

shelf life is greater than 70 days from the time of receipt by Amazon.

-Toner ink cartridges and films of cameras with an expiration date

-Exchange tickets for foods with an expiration date (e.g., Gift certificates )

If we define an item as needing to be lot-controlled, then the item is not sellable even if there is no expiration date. 6. Plants and Animals All plants and animals that were believed to be alive before the delivery or the arrival. 7. Hazardous Materials and Chemicals Any product that contains chemicals, explosives, flammable materials, corrosive substances, toxic substances,

radioactive materials, magnetic materials regardless of components such as gasses, liquids, solids

(including powder and granulated powder).

(f) Aerosol products All products that contain aerosol propellants such as liquefied gas, compressed gas and compressed air. (e.g., hair sprays, hair mousse, hair grower, spray paint, fly spray, oxygen spray, glue spray, air duster, portable extinguisher, deodorant, and so on) Products that need any registration or permission (a) Medical equipments You cannot list any medical product that need an administrator for sales. Only medical equipment for home management (see below) and general medical devices can be listed as a FBA products. The following list shows you the name of the general medical equipments for home use that can be managed by submitting a notification from sellers to the jurisdictional public health institute. If general designation for your item is not named, Amazon might confirm on the issue. 2. Creating a shipment

1. Go to “Manage Inventory“ in your Seller Account and select “All My Inventory”. If no products appear in the list, you will need to add them.

2. Select the product(s) you want to fulfill through Amazon in the All Inventory View by checking the box in the far left column.

3. If this is your first FBA use, please read and agree the “Fulfillment by Amazon Participation Agreement” by checking the box.

4. Please choose either “Decline Stickerless, Commingled Inventory” or “商品ラベルが不要な混合在庫として取り扱うことに同意する”. Since there are quite few items which can be accepted as commingled inventories, you will choose “Decline Stickerless, Commingled Inventory” in general.) *Once you choose Commingled Inventory, you will need to start over and relist your products to change the setting.

Product category which cannot be accepted as commingled inventory:

Books, music, DVD, VHS, pet, software, video games, watch, jewelry, apparel, shoes & bag, health and beauty, drugstore, grocery

Items which cannot be accepted as commingled inventory:

Parallel imported items, bulk items, OEM items, items with the seller’s original accessories or serial numbers, PC accessories such as memory cards, items without product codes, used items

5. In the "Actions" pull-down menu, select "Change to Fulfilled by Amazon." This brings you to the Convert to 'Fulfilled by Amazon' page.

1. Click the "Convert Only" button if you are not ready to create your shipment.

2. Click the "Send Inventory" button if you are ready to create your shipment.

6. Select either “Convert Only” or “Convert & Send Inventory”.

7. Confirm that you are not sending any unsuitable products.

8. Add your address.

9. Choose either “Individual Items” or “Case-Packed Items” and then click “Continue”.

10. Add the number of Units. If your products do not have size information, please add Package Dimensions by Length, Width, Height with correct Units.

*This size is just for identifying to which warehouse the shipment is going to be sent.

Your products will be measured by Amazon staff again upon arrival, and we calculate FBA fee

based on their measurement.

11. Click “Continue”.

12. Print out item labels to sticker sheet. Please make sure you select “Apply to all”. Then click “Continue”

Label Requirements

Each Unit you send to Amazon for fulfillment needs a scannable barcode to enable storage at a fulfillment center. Be sure those barcodes are different from original manufacturer’s barcodes. Follow these guidelines to ensure prompt and accurate labeling of your units.

Cover any original barcodes

Cover the original manufacturer's barcode (UPC, EAN, ISBN, JAN)

No other barcodes are scannable.

Failure to cover the barcode may cause errors and result in lost inventory.

Label each unit before sending it to Amazon

Make sure the label title matches the corresponding unit. This ensures that your merchandise can be received, stocked, and sold.

Use only white labels with a removable adhesive.

Note: All labels on your products should be removable by the customer.

Do Not...

Tape labels to your units.

Place faded labels on your units.

Wrap your label around corners or curves on the unit because this makes the label unscannable.

Leave other barcodes uncovered.

Label Specifications

The label that you place on each unit must include the following information:

Barcode, with appropriate quiet zone areas

FNSKU: An identifier used by Amazon fulfillment centers to identify each unique product.

This is the identifier that is printed on product-level labels and this is how Amazon

identifies every unit you send us.

Title

Condition (“new” for example, “新品”): Describes the condition of this Unit.

Print Specifications – Please note the international paper size of A4 (8.3x11.7 inches)

13. Confirm the shipping destination for each shipment. If there is nothing to be added, please click “Approve shipments”. If your products vary in category and size, you might not be able to send them in a single shipment. You can check the details of the shipment contents at “view shipment contents”.

14. Check the shipment details, and click “Work on shipment”.

15. Select shipping carrier. For shipments from overseas, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Nippon Express, Yamato Transport, SGX (Sagawa) and Seino are the carriers you can use.

16. Print out shipping labels. Please make sure there is a label for each shipping box. (If you are shipping 3 boxes, you need 3 labels.) And then, click “Track shipment”. (You cannot change the details of the shipment once you click this button.)

17. Add the tracking number provided by the carrier. If you have more than 2 boxes and have several tracking numbers, please click “Add another box”, and add the information.

18. Pack your products and get ready for the shipments. Please confirm the check list (p. 17), and make sure you have completed every step.

19. Ship your products with the correct Invoice (p.14). Please pay all postage/freight and taxes when you send your products.

20. Click “Mark as shipped” after you have shipped your products.

Shipping your items by pallet

When you ship your products by pallet, please notify your sales representative at least 1 week in advance before making the shipment.

【Booking Delivery in Advance】 If you wish to ship your items by charter (e.g. by pallet) you must book your delivery in advance. You may not carry in your items through your private carrier(s).

※You will not need to book your delivery if you are using the following designated carriers (see below “Designated carriers”); the carriers will book the delivery date for you.

Therefore, please note that the delivery date(s) may change under any conditions.

※If you do not book your delivery in advance, we will not accept your shipment.

【Specifications for Pallet Delivery】

• The stretch-wrap must completely hold the product to the pallet to prevent shifting during transit. The use of clear stretch-wrap is preferred. Wrapped pallets must have shipment labels placed on all four sides and on the outside of the stretch-wrap. Also all pallets must be wrapped in plastic with a "do not break stretch wrap" or "do not break down" notification to the carrier. ("フィルム切開禁止" or "開梱禁止" in Japanese).

• Broken and damaged pallets are not acceptable and may be rejected at the seller's expense. Rejected shipments will not be returned if the return address is outside of Japan.

• Amazon fulfillment centers basically do not accept any exchange of pallets or returns. For details, contact carp-support-fe@amazon.com (Japanese support only).

• Also all pallets must be wrapped in plastic. (Wooden pallets are not acceptable.)

• Use the pallet of 110cm in four directions.

• Single pallets must not be higher than 1.5m, including the height of the pallet.

• Do not exceed 1000kg in weight (load capacity) for each pallet.

• Use corner boards to help protect and maintain the stability of boxes in transit.

Product Labeling Service

【What is the Product Labeling Service?】

The Product Labeling Service is a service accompanying FBA. It is a service where Amazon will place necessary product labels for you at Fulfillment Centers (hereon FC), when using FBA.

【Service Products and Fees】

・All sizes including Small Products, Normal Products, and Large Products shall be covered by this service.

・The products must have JAN code that can be scanned, and they must be registered in the Amazon.co.jp product catalog.

・Please see below regarding the service fees.

※For further requirements and details, please see the Manual linked to the URL at the bottom.

【Step 1】

By enrolling in the Product Labeling Service, you are able to use the service at any time.

If you wish to use the Product Labeling Service, please proceed to register your shipment.

【Step 2】

Next, in order for FC to recognize that your products will be covered by this service, please attach the "Product Labeling Service Request Sheet” (below URL) on both sides of your product package before shipping your product to FC.

3. Creating a Commercial Invoice

<Note> Please be advised that Amazon cannot serve as the ‘Importer of Record’ for goods sent to Japan. You will need to arrange for an importer of record in Japan.

<Requirements>

If you would like to send your products directly to Amazon’s Fulfillment Center (FC), please make sure you fulfill the following requirements.

-You need to arrange for an Importer of Record. (Amazon cannot serve as the Importer of Record. You must arrange for an Importer of Record or contact an agent that can help you with customs issues.)

-You need to append the importer to the shipping address (C/O + “importer name”) on the shipping slip.

-You need to write down your Importer of Record on your Commercial Invoice.

-You need to write down the PO number on the shipping slip and invoice. (PO number can be found on your FBA Shipment Record in Seller Central.)

-You cannot set the receiver(= Amazon) as the “destination duties/taxes”. Amazon(=receiver) cannot pay any custom duties or taxes on your behalf.

*If you cannot arrange for an Importer of Record or agency for customs,

you cannot ship your products into Japan for FBA.

If your item arrives without having an importer, your shipment will either be returned or disposed of at customs.

Add the importer (third party) name/company as the C/O following Amazon FC’s address.

→If you don’t add these details, your shipment will get stuck at customs and will either end up getting returned or disposed of.

Payments (Transportation and Duty/Taxes) NEVER CHOOSE RECIPIENT →If you select Recipient instead of Sender or Third Party, that means you are choosing Amazon to pay for the Transportation cost and Duty/Taxes. However, because Amazon cannot be your importer and cannot cover any cost for transit, your shipment will either get stuck at Customs or the Amazon FC will refuse to receive it. Please check your incoterms (transportation agreement), and select the most appropriate party within the checkbox to be billed.

As a seller on the Amazon platform, it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations and with Amazon policies. You are responsible for conducting proper research to ensure that your products can be exported to Japan and Amazon. You may be required to get pre-approval from each authority prior to exporting products to Amazon. Importer’s Detail Write importer’s information on the Invoice (Company name, Address, Contact person, Telephone number) →If you don’t give information about the importer on your invoice, your shipment will get stuck at Customs until you find an importer in Japan. 4. Delivery Check Sheet

If the procedure is incomplete in any way, the package will be returned at your cost.

□1： When registering a product, you searched the product by the product code(e.g. JAN / EAN / UPC codes), as well as the product title.

※Although a product may share the same title, if it has a different JAN / EAN / UPC code, it is considered a different product. But this excludes any product without a product code.

□2： “Product registered for Delivery Setup” and “Product packed in the Shipping Package” are the same.

□3： Being a “brand new” product, there is NO damage (e.g. chips, cracks, tears, scars and messy wrappings) present.

□4：You are NOT registering any “second-hand” products that cannot carry out its original function.

□5：Each product has its own product label, and the product itself and the product label match.

□6：The product labels are sticker-type labels.

□7：The bar code and the product name on the product label are both correctly printed.

□8：If the product title is printed on the outside box, the product label is not hiding the title.

□9：When affixing the product label, it has to hide the original product code.

□10: The product label is attached on a flat, vertical space (do not attach the label on a bent or rounded surface).

☞ For Sellers handling cosmetics and quasi-drug (non-medicinal) products

□11：All information necessary under the pharmaceutical law (ingredients, product name, manufacturer etc.) are not hidden by the product label.

※If the product size is small and the labels overlap any important information, please put the product in a transparent bag and put the product label on the bag.

□12: The product is not bare and is prepped for handling in the FC.

※Be sure to pack the product tightly in plastic bags, shrink packaging, box etc. If the product is packed in a bag, make sure that the bag is closed.

□13: The product is packed in sales unit(s).

※We will not separate nor assemble the products to sales units.

□14: If the product is a set (multi-piece unit), it must be clearly specified so (e.g. “Set Product: Do Not Unpack” etc.).

※If it is not specified, the package may be opened and received as different units.

※If the pieces in the set unit have any bar codes, please cover them with white tape etc., so that they aren’t scanned separately.

□15：The product does not contain any marketing documents that Amazon has not authorized.

（Brochures, price tags, and any stickers other than Amazon’s are not allowed.）

☞ For Sellers handling large products

□16：Product size is within the FBA regulation size.

□17：There are no multi-piece (set) products (e.g. Television display and speakers).

☞ For Sellers handling liquid products

□18： Liquids, granules, powders, and gels have been packed tightly so that they will not leak.

☞ For Sellers handling glass and ceramic products

□19： Any fragile and breakable products have been packed so that they will not be exposed.

□20: All shipping cartons have been marked with “Shipping Labels” and are packed with “Shipping Slips”

□21： The address on the shipping label and the address on the shipping slip of the carriers match.

□22： Multi Delivery Products are not packed in one same package.

□23： The package does not exceed regulated size or weight.

※Shipping packages must be smaller than 40cm X 60cm X 40cm, and/or weigh between 15kg to 30 kg. This is not true for large products, apparel products, or product shipping cartons used by the manufacturers.

□24： The shipping cartons are not taped together as one package.

□25： The shipping cartons are strong enough to stand shipping workload.

□26： The shipping cartons are appropriate in size considering the product(s) inside.

□27： The package does not use any inappropriate packing (i.e. anything other than cushions, bubble sheets, and papers)

【Registering Products, Delivery Setup】

All products delivered to Amazon Fulfillment Centers must register their Delivery Setup Information in advance at Seller Central.

□1： Did you search for the product through Product Code (e.g. JAN / EAN / UPC) as well as Product Title, when registering?

※ The products are controlled through product codes (i.e. JAN / EAN / UPC). (This excludes any products without product codes.)

If you search for a JAN-coded product through other information (such as product title), it is likely that you will be linked to similar products with the same title.

□2：Are the “Product registered for Product Setup” and “Product packed in the Shipping Package” the same?

※ We receive the products using Product Setup Information, so if we receive more than what was registered, or if we receive products that were not registered, it will take extra time to check the products and will delay the acceptance of delivery.

【Damaged Products】

FBA does not confirm the quality of the product(s) upon delivery.

But in the case of below conditions, we may consider them as products that cannot be sold, and will not accept them.

□3: For your “brand new” product, did you confirm that there is no damage (e.g. chips, cracks, tears, scars and messy wrapping) present?

□4：You are not registering a “second-hand” product that cannot carry out its original function?

【Product Labels】

If the Product Labels are not placed properly we will not accept the product(s).

□5: Does each product have its own product label, and the product itself and the product label match?

□6： Are the product labels sticker-type labels?

If you are placing stickers directly on the product, please use stickers that are easy to peel off, or cover the product with a plastic bag and put the stickers on the bag (to protect the product; especially for gift uses).

□7： Are the bar code and the product name on the product label both correctly printed?

※ We request that you use laser printers in order to avoid ink frictions or unclear prints. If the product title is not printed, then we cannot receive them.

<Bad Example: Ink frictions and ink runs >

□8： If there is a title printed on the outer box, is it not hidden by the product label?

※ Books, CDs, and DVDs are not to be shipped out wrapped with only air cushions, and / or in any form of separate packaging that cannot show what is inside.

Set Media Products should be wrapped in transparent packaging, such as OPP films, so that the set is easy to recognize. (Do not follow these instructions when the products are official presents, etc.)

□9： Does the product label hide the original product code?

※If there are many bar codes, please hide the unnecessary bar codes with white tape etc., so that it won’t be scanned.

□10：Are the product labels properly attached to the product? Is it on a flat surface?

※ The labels are scanned by machine, so please make sure that the labels are on a flat surface with no crease.

※ The labels must be stickers. Do not stick them on bubble sheets (especially on the bumpy bubble side) as the labels will peel off easily.

☞ For Sellers handling cosmetics and quasi-drug (non-medical) products

□11： Is the product label attached in a way that it is still possible to see any and all information necessary under the pharmaceutical law (such as the ingredients, product name, manufacturer etc.) ?

【Packing the Product】

The products will be sold and sent to the consumers as they were delivered to Amazon. Please be sure to pack the products in the final format , as they will be shipped to the consumers as is.

□12： Is the product not bare in any way?

※ Be sure to pack your product(s) tightly in plastic bags, shrink packaging, and/or in boxes. If the product is packed in a bag, make sure that the bag is closed.

□13： Are the products packed in sales unit(s)?

※ We will not separate nor assemble the products to sales unit(s).

□14： If the product is a set (multi-piece unit), is it specified so (e.g. “Set Product: Do Not Unpack, etc.)?

☞ For Sellers handling large products

If 3 sides add up to more than 170cm, and/or exceeds 30kg in weight, it cannot be handled at FBA.

□17： FBA will not handle any set (multi-piece) products, for example, TV display and speakers.

☞ For Sellers handling liquid products

□18： Please pack all liquid, powder, granule, and gel product(s) tightly so that they will not leak.

<Packing Examples> Pump heads are taped so that they do not pop up / The product is packed in a plastic bag, and the bag is twisted at the end and sealed tight.

☞ For Sellers handling glass and ceramic products

□19： Any fragile and breakable products have been packed and covered so that they will not be exposed.

<Packing Conditions> The product is not exposed on any of the six sides of the package.

• The product is completely fixed (that it won’t move even when the package is upside down), and that it will not be damaged in any course of the shipping process.

• Use “This Way Up”, “Fragile” and other necessary stickers to specify that it is breakable.

※ Please only include product(s) with same PO / same Delivery Number in one package.

We cannot accept a single package with multiple delivery numbers.

□23： Is the package within the regulated size and weight?

※ The carton size must be smaller than 40cm X 60cm X 40cm, and the weight must be less than 30kg.

※ This excludes large products, apparel products, or shipping cartons exclusively used by the manufacturers.

※ If the package exceeds 15kg, please mark “Overweight” on top and side of the package.

□24： Did you not tape multiple cartons together as one package?

□25： Is the package strong enough to withstand any and all shipping workload?

□26： Is the package appropriate in size considering the product(s) inside?

Make sure that the carton will not bend because the package is too small, or tear due to the pressure from inside.

□27： Did you not use any inappropriate packing (i.e. anything other than cushions, bubble sheets, papers, etc.)?
