    Creating prospects is the life-blood of yourbusiness. You can have the best company,the best products, and the best compensationplan but if you dont have anyone in yourgroup then you probably wont be getting a

    q You show your brand newbusiness cards to your negativebrother-in-law. To youramazement he asks how he canjoin your business!

    How do you arm your business card so itinstantly turns a neutral prospect into a hotprospect for you?

    Recently we were brainstorming with one ofour leaders who scored close to a -1 on his

    business card rating. Nobody in hisdownline scored any better. We discussedthe difference between simply findingprospects and creating prospects.     How to Neutralize NegativeFriends And Relatives

    Ever have a new distributor lose hisenthusiasm about his network marketingbusiness because his best friend said it wasan illegal scheme? Or maybe his mother told

    him that nobody could succeed in one ofthose deals. Or his brother shared the storyof how Uncle Bob lost all his money fillinghis garage with useless products in a similarprogram. Or his cousin still remembers yournew distributors first business experiencethe time his lemonade stand failed when hewas five.

    Lets face it, in most cases the last peoplewe want our new distributors talking to aretheir close friends and relatives. By trying to

    protect their friend, they tend to becomedream stealers. This negativity can spreadlike a disease all over your distributor.Youd better provide them with a cure, orbetter yet a vaccine against the virus. Dontrisk losing them for good!

    Have your new distributors give the book totheir friends and relatives. Let the bookexplain to them why your new distributorhas started a home-based network marketing

    Whats Your Marketing Budget?

    What would happen if you got 100 peopleto read the book? Remember, thats 100people reading the book and not just 100books handed out.

    Take a moment and give your best guess tothe following four questions:

    How many people, after readingthe book, would say, Itsgarbage, I want to be poor.

    How many would say, I cantthink anymore, Im too tired afterreading the book.

    How many would say, Thatsnice.

    How many would say, Lets talkabout this, Im a HOT prospect!

    The only question that really counts is thelast one. A pretty conservative answer to thelast question is 10. Ten out of 100 peoplewho have read the book say, Lets talkabout this. Show me what you are doing tomake an extra paycheck every month.

    At a cost of only $1.38 per book, when wasthe last time you got 10 hot pre-qualifiedprospects for only $138? In most cases youcant even run an ad for that, not to mentionthe follow-up costs!

    What if you have a smaller marketingbudget for your network marketingbusiness?

    Simply invest in ten books and circulatethem. Just show the book to the people you

    talk to and ask them, If I let you borrowthis book, would you spend 30 minutesreading it?

    If they say, Yes, let them borrow the bookand pick it up a week later.

    If they say, No, and cant spent 30minutes reading a book on how to get rich,what are the odds they will be willing tobuild a list, read the distributor kit, go to ameeting and so on? Odds of them becoming

    one of your leaders at this time are slim tonone. You just saved yourself a whole bunchof time by not prospecting this person anyfurther.

    Prospects Will Get YouReferrals Without EvenRealizing They Did!

    Your upline sponsor has probably given youinformation on techniques that you can use

    to get referrals from your prospects. Its agreat idea but unless you give your prospecta really good reason to give you referrals,they wont! So, how do you get prospects toget you qualified referrals without evenrealizing they are doing so?

    Its easy. Hand them a few extra copies ofthe book and ask them to do their friends afavor. Pass along this book to anyone whomight be looking to make some extramoney. If you run out of books, call me andIll get you a few more.

    The next time they hear someone say, Iwish I had more money, they can say,Great, whats your plan? And they canprovide them with a plan by giving them acopy of the book!

    And heres the best part. The next time yousee them, theyll probably ask you for morebooks to give to their friends. Thats theperfect time to share with them the principle

    that, Most people do network marketingevery day, but they just dont get paid forit. You see, now theyve actuallyexperienced for themselves how easy it is todo network marketing!

    Double, Even Triple theResponse Rate To YourNotification Letter!

    This week someone you know willbe presented a network marketing

    opportunity by someone else, becauseyou didnt notify them of yours.

    Sometimes your new distributors dont wantto talk to their friends because their friendsmight make fun of them. Their relatives willgive them rejection, and their co-workerswill just laugh if they tried to sell themnetwork marketing. People dont want topass out brochures in the middle of awedding. They dont want to imposethemselves on their co-workers. A lot ofpeople say, Gee, I dont want to talk to mywarm market, Id rather talk to somestrangers. Well, we know the only reasonpeople join is they know, like and trust us.The natural market we have is the people wealready know. Its easy networking becausethey trust us.

    We let people know that they have oneobligation and one obligation only whenthey start this business. Theyre notobligated to drag all their relatives to anopportunity meeting. And theyre notobligated to go to training or to take peopleto training a couple times a week either.Theyre not even obligated to givepresentations to people they know. Theydont have to memorize scripts or flip chartsor anything like that. Theyre not obligated

    to pass out brochures.

    They only have one obligation and oneobligation only. That obligation is to notifythe people they know that theyve startedtheir own part-time business and why. Justlet them know. Now, they dont have to give

    them a presentation, all they have to do is letthem know.

    We like to use a notification letter. It notifieseveryone in the new distributors warmmarket that theyve chosen to start a home-based network marketing business andexplains why. If you incorporate the How ToGet Rich Bookinto the notification letter,you get an increased response. More peoplewho are interested in making extra moneywill clearly state to your new distributor that

    I hope all is going well for you! It seems these days I just dont have as muchtime to spend with my friends as I want to. Well the reason is I wanted to fill you in on mypersonal soap opera J After having a very good job withsome attorneys out in the Palm Springs area, I decided tomove back to Redlands.
