How to Insert Video in SharePoint 2010
The Ensemble Video Embed Code and the HTML Plug-in can be embedded into Microsoft SharePoint and other management systems to display media content to a group of users.
Login and navigate to your SharePoint Site Login to SharePoint and click on My Site in the top-right navigation.
