Use a clean damp cloth or wipes to ensure the surface that you are working with is clean and no dirt can be seen on the surface.
Before starting to apply the touch point skin please make sure the surface is also dry. When the surface has dried, peel off the adhesive on the backing on the skin.
Align the grey marking on the top of the skin to the middle of the handle face-on so that the branding is on the centre. It should also cover the area where people would commonly touch.
Wrap the skin clockwise if the door hinge is on your right, and counter clockwise if the hinge is on your left. The overlapping edge of the skin should be facing outward, where it will get the least amount of friction.
Wipe down the Puretouch surface as part of your regular cleaning routine. Puretouch products do not expire and are limited only by wear caused by contact. People feel better about a surface that looks clean and fresh, so we recommend a regular replacement schedule of 90 days.
