Step 1: Clean Subfloor subfloor needs to be free of dirt or

debris prior to installation

• Check your subfloor for these negative signs

• Cracks

• Holes

• Protruding objects

• Unevenness

• moisture

Step 2: Roll Out Underlayment

• Tape side next to the wall

• Vapor Barrier side against subfloor

Roll out the right way

• Make sure tape strip is next to the wall and overlapping film is towards open room

Step 3: Cut Section cut your section, because of the felt be

sure to use sharp blades

Step 4: Roll out Next Section roll out next row directly next to

previous row in same manner

Step 5: Butt next Section

• Butt section close to the first row

• Should be covering the overlapping film

Step 6: Remove Tape

• Remove tape liner & secure overlapping film to it

Step 7: Cut another section cut your next section to proceed

onward with installation

Step 8: Continue Installation install flooring by sections following

manufacturers instructions
