If you’ve just activated your subscription and are ready to install Norton Security immediately, click on ‘Download’. If you have been logged out of Norton Management due to inactivity, visit manage.norton.com, sign in and then click ‘Download’. Skip to step 6.

OR: If you’ve activated your subscription but decided to email the download link to your Mac to install at a later date, continue to step 2.

Using the Mac you want to install on, open the email titled ‘Setup Norton Security on your Mac now’ and click on ‘Setup now’.

Log in to your Norton account.

Click ‘Download’.

The file ‘Norton Installer’ will start downloading to your Downloads folder.

Enter a name for the Mac you are installing Norton on. This allows you to easily identify it within your account.

Enter the email address associated with your Norton account and follow the on-screen instructions to finalise the installation process on your Mac.

Locate and run the installation file from within your Downloads folder. This can be accessed directly from your browser, or alternatively found from your Finder.

Click ‘Open’. Your Mac will prompt you for your password to allow the installation to commence.
