Topaz Denoise 5 Installation Instructions

For Windows After you finish downloading and unzipping the downloaded topazdenoise _setup.zip, you should see the following three files: 1. HowToInstall.pdf this document 2. Denoise5_setup.msi windows installer package, needed for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 3. Denoise5_x64ext.msi 64-bit extension package, needed only for 64-bit Windows with Photoshop CS4 and CS5 Adobe Photoshop Elements, Photoshop (32-bit) To install Topaz Denoise 5 for Photoshop or Photoshop Element for Windows: 1. Double-click on denoise5_setup.msi. Windows installer should now begin installing Topaz DeNoise 5 onto your computer. Click Next all the way through in order to install Topaz DeNoise 5 into the default location. 2. Close and restart Photoshop. Topaz DeNoise 5 should now be in your Photoshop or Elements Filters menu. Photoshop CS4 64-bit To install Topaz DeNoise 5 for 64-bit Photoshop CS4/CS5 for Windows XP/Vista/7 64-bit: 1. Complete all of the steps listed in the previous section for 32-bit and common component. 2. Double-click denoise5_x64ext.msi to run the 64-bit installer and follow the instructions. It will automatically install Topaz DeNoise 5 for 64-bit Photoshop CS4/CS5. 3. Close and restart 64-bit Photoshop and itll be in your Filters menu.

For Mac OSX

Adobe Photoshop CS3, CS4, CS5 and Elements 6, 7, 8 Make sure your Mac has Intel CPU. Topaz DeNoise will not run on Mac with PowerPC CPU or if youre running anything below Photoshop CS3 or Elements 6. Also, make sure youre not running Photoshop in Rosetta! To install Topaz Denoise 5 for Mac: 1. Make sure your Mac has Intel CPU. Topaz Denoise 5 will not run on Mac with PowerPC CPU. 2. Double click topazdenoise500_install to start running the installer. Continue clicking Next and follow the installation instructions all the way through. You will not have to change your installation path unless youve installed Photoshop in a non-standard location. 3. Close and restart Photoshop and it will be in the Filters menu. If you installed Photoshop in a non-standard location, you will have to click Customize in the installation window and navigate to the correct plug-ins folder.
