➢If dissatisfied, you can approach ahigher authority like the Regional orZonal manager.
➢Almost all national banks now havecustomer helpline number on whichyou can call and register yourcomplaint of bank and seek a solution.
➢Some banks like SBI and HDFC, alsohave forms available online, which areconvenient to fill up.

Approach the banking ombudsman
➢Banking Ombudsman who is an officialappointed by the Reserve Bank of India toresolve customer complaints against fallaciesin banking services.
➢He passes a judgement in favour of one of theparties after hearing both sides of the caseafter summoning them.
➢Currently there are 15 appointedOmbudsmen whose offices are locatedmostly in the State Capitals. If you’re lookingto contact the Ombudsmen, you can findtheir contact details on the RBI website.

Approach the Reserve Bank of India
➢The final resort is to approachthe RBI with your grievance.
➢You are applicable toapproach the deputy governorof the RBI who is the appellateauthority within 30 days.
➢You are also entitled to appealat consumer redressal forumswho deal with bank-relatedgrievances.
