How to Log in to the New AFIA Website for the First Time
1. Log in to afia.org by clicking the “My AFIA” button:
2. Click on “Forgot Username or Password?”
3. Type your email address or your username and click “Submit.” Note that your username from our old system was your email. Our new system assigned all AFIA members a new username with the format of: first initial last name (e.g., Rudolph Reindeer’s username would be rreindeer). In the case of a common name (e.g., John Smith), then that user may have a number following their username (i.e., jsmith2).
4. Confirm your email address. Click “Submit.”
5. You will receive an email containing your username and a link to reset your password. Click on the reset password link.
6. Type your new password and confirm it, then click “Submit.”
7. Click “Login Page.”
8. Type your username and password; click “Login.”
