Is your product truly awesome? Then it's your duty to let people know!

Page 5: How to Master Email Outreach

There are just 2 secrets toabsolutely killing it with

cold email

And yet they're not commonly practiced.

Page 6: How to Master Email Outreach

1. Build INSANELY GREATprospect lists

This is (hand down) the single most importantsuccess factor.

Don’t take the shotgun approach. QualityALWAYS trumps quantity.

When you have quality, then you can increasequantity.

Page 7: How to Master Email Outreach

2. Build bridgesFind commonalities between you and your

prospect and build on this.

Just because you're sending a cold email doesn'tmean you have to be cold.

Highlight commonality and move into the IN zoneas quickly as possible. (People will have a hard

time relating to you if you're a stranger.)

So, what's a good replyrate, anyway?

75-100 percent: You are doing amazingly, keep it up

50-75 percent: You are doing fantastic

40-50 percent: You are doing great

20-40 percent: The zone you should be in

10-20 percent: Low results

5-10 percent: Poor results, something needs to change.

Under 5 percent: Rubbish, you need to seriously review what’s going on.

Let's talk tactics vs.strategies for a sec

You can generate an infinite number of tactics from strategies.Sometimes, though, it helps to learn some tactics too (to view

email templates that generate good results, for example).

Just remember that all tactics have a window of time where theywork, because once everyone's using them, they stop working.

Be a student of strategies, not tactics, for better long-term value.

Here are some highperforming emailtemplates (+50%)

Note: These are not BS guesses I've made up, either -- these aretemplates that have actually been proven to work.
