INTRODUCTION

This manual is a general guide to “how to measure” garments from DK Company.All measurements in the size system are to be taken on the finished garment after all treatments.

All measurements in our size system are given in centimeters (cm).

For other general information on workmanship and finish, standards and other regulations refer to SUPPLIER MANUAL of DK Company

STYLE MEASUREMENTAll samples must be measured and checked by suppliers. The measurement record and list of findings to be enclosed when sending to DK Company so only correct samples will be send.

TOLERANCESFor other general information on tolerances on samples and production, refer to SUPPLIER MANUAL of DK Company.

PAPER PATTERNSIf paper patterns are provided, following must be followed:We only supply the base pattern • Without seam allowances.• Without pieces for lining and interlining, if any. • Without paper patterns for pockets, upper collar, facing et cetera. • Without grading. Supplier must do the grading of pattern according to the graded measurement list.

Paper pattern have the exact same measurement as in the size spec, and the finished garments have same requested measurements. Please note that for garment wash, considering the nature of the fabric and other treatments are suppliers responsibility to add shrinkage to the paper pattern and to ensure that the finished garment have the requested measurements.
