Modifying a Button

• Touch the GREEN button in the title bar

The Green button will turn RED

Modifying a Button Part Two

• Then touch the button where you want to start programming

• The modify button pop up will come up

1. Pick a SYMBOL

1. Touch the light BLUE button that says Symbol

2. Touch the thin Rectangle that says SEARCH and a keyboard come up

3. Type in the word for the symbol that you are looking for.

4. Touch the picture that you want.

5. Press OK.

2. LABEL

1. The Label is the word that you want the child to see on an individual button.

2. Touch inside the long narrow rectangle that says LABEL.

3. A KEYBOARD will come up and you need to TYPE in what you want the child to see.

4. Press OK.

3. RECORD A MESSAGE

1. Press the BLUE button that says RECORD MESSAGE.

2. In the GREY drop down select MINE (other choices may be Male, Female and Child and is located on the Right)

3. Select NEW.4. A keyboard will appear.

Type in the name that you want your sound recording stored under.

5. Press OK.

RECORDING A MESSAGE PART TWO

1. Select the START button and start recording your message. Remember to talk into the microphone located at the top of the device.

2. When you are finished recording press the OK button.

3. Select PLAYBACK then OK or RECORD AGAIN and OK if you want to keep the recording.

4. BEHAVIORS What you want the button to do

1. Select the BEHAVIORS button.

BEHAVIORS: You do NOT want

If there is a behavior already programmed on the button (e.g., Play Recording or Insert Button), and you do NOT want that function, touch the name of the behavior from the viewport on the RIGHT labeled Steps and select delete
