How to Pay Your Conveyancing Stamp Duties Via FAST (DBS & POSB Only) In order to pay your stamp duties via FAST, you must fulfil the following conditions:

1) Payment can only be made via a DBS/POSB personal account (i.e. non-corporate

account).

2) Payment is for conveyancing stamp duties (i.e. Buyer’s Stamp Duty, Additional

Buyer’s Stamp Duty and Seller’s Stamp Duty).

3) The total amount of stamp duties payable must not exceed $200,000.

STEP 1 1) Login to the e-Stamping Portal 2) Go to Payments & Transactions Search Transactions

STEP 2 1) Enter Document Ref No. 2) Click on “I do not have the payment reference number”. 3) Click “Search”.

STEP 3 1) Enter the Identity Number of any one of the Sellers 2) Enter the Identity Number of any one of the Buyers 3) Click “Search”.

STEP 4 Once the result appears, click “Pay”.

STEP 5 1) Select “Funds Transfer via FAST”. 2) Click “Proceed”.

STEP 6 Login to your DBS/POSB account.

STEP 7 1) Enter your 6-Digit IB Secure Pin. 2) Click “Submit”.

1) Select the DBS/POSB Account from which you wish to make payment.

Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account.

2) Check that the Stamp Duty Payable, Document Ref. No., Property Details

and Transacted Price are correct.

3) Read the “Consent” section. Once done, tick the checkbox.

4) Click “Pay”.

Once payment is successful, click “Download” to retrieve the stamp certificate.
