How to Personalize your Websites

Welcome to the tutorial on How to personalize your Websites, part of the New Coach Welcome

training series. From your Coach Online Office, select the My Websites tab to edit and access

either your beachbodycoach.com or Shakeology.com Websites.


My Websites – Editing Mode

We’ll begin by editing your beachbodycoach.com Website. This is the editing page where you

can personalize and make changes to your site.


The Editable Fields are displayed with a red EDIT button.

Your first and last name will

display in the text box. To

make changes to your Coach

name, click the red EDIT

button.

The phone number field will

appear blank at first but click

the red EDIT button to add it.

A standard welcome

message has been created

for you but you can make

EDITs to make it your own.


How to make your text edits.

Once you click

on the red Edit

button, a

selection

window will

pop open

allowing you

to type in the

name you

want and the

style you want

it in. Click

Save when

you are

finished.


The Selection Fields are displayed with a red CHOOSE

button.

Your Website photo will first display with the Team

Beachbody image as the default unless you choose to

replace it.

Click on Choose and you will be taken to a selection box.

From there you can choose a Corporate, pre-loaded image

or upload your own personal images. They must be smaller

than 1 MG in size.

If you upload your own photo, first browse for the image

from your own files, select and upload it. Then from this

selection box, click on the image you want to represent you

on your Coach Website.


Another area you can select images for are the blue, ad banners.

You can choose from a total of 12 banners and display your

favorite 2 on your Website. If you do not change these images, it

will use the default product images of P90X and Shakeology.

Once you click on the red Choose button, a pop up window will

appear. Choose two banners from either 8 product banners, 2

Coach Opportunity banners or 2 Team Beachbody banners.

Once these are displayed on your site, a visitor can click on the

banner and learn more about the products, the community and

business opportunity. They can even buy the product, join the

community or becoming a Coach from these buttons.


Add your Social Networking Accounts

Use the Page Setup option at the top of your page (in editing mode) to add any social network

accounts to your Website. Follow the prompts and your account will be linked at the bottom of

your Website page.


My Profile

Visitors to your site will now be able to quickly access your profile page. All they need to do is

click on the My Profile button on your Website and it will take them directly to your profile

page you created in teambeachbody.com. Make sure this is updated with photos, favorite

programs and your bio so that your customers can see who you are and feel more connected to

you.

Next, we’ll learn about editing your Shakeology.com Website. This is the editing page where

you can personalize and make changes to your site.

The Editable Fields are displayed with a red EDIT button in the lower corner of the field.

Your first and last name will display in the text box. To make changes to your Coach

name, click the red EDIT button.

The phone number field will appear blank at first but click the red EDIT button to add it.

The Selection Field is displayed with a red CHOOSE button.

Your Website photo will first display with the Team Beachbody image as the default

unless you choose to replace it.

Click on Choose and you will be taken to a selection box. From there you can choose a

Corporate, pre-loaded image or upload your own personal images. They must be

smaller than 1 MG in size.


Lead Collector

Select Lead Collector from the Page Setup function when you are in the Edit mode. This will

take you to a formatting page where you can select the fields you want your visitors to

complete when they visit your sites.

Once you select the fields, save your

choices and then preview your site. Click

on Contact Me on either one of your sites

and a black light will appear to collect

visitor information.

The Lead collector information is shared

by both the beachbodycoach.com and the

shakeology.com site.


Site Manager

The Site manager allows you to activate or disable your websites. Both sites will automatically

be made active unless you choose to disable them. The manager will also show you how many

visitors or “hits” you’ve received.
