Enter your login credentials on www.gojaysec.com
Click on Place Order to place an order and add a Patient Chart, OR click on Patient
Charts to place an Order for an existing patient.
To add an order for a NEW patient, add minimal required information.
AKA: Red Fields
Click Add and Place Order
Choose the Physician in the office you are generating the order on
behalf of by clicking Select.
Click on the picture of the item in the catalog you plan
to order for the patient.
Complete the appropriate fields for the order.
Click Add to Order.
Review all information.
Click Process Order.
Select your Supplier of Choice by clicking Choose Supplier to the right of their
name.
You will be flagged if your order requires additional documentation to be
completed. Click Complete Documentation to do so.
Verify information is correct.
Click Submit to complete the additional documentation.
Attach any additional documentation if desired
by clicking Add Document.
Click Complete Order.
Click Mark as Validated or have Physician enter his/her secure password and click Sign Order.
Instant Confirmation, you can now Print and/or Save.
