•Black heads are formed due to excessive sebum and dead cells.

• It is also formed due to open, clogged pores which react with oxygen.

•Here are few remedies to reduce and remove black heads.

Honey or Honey With Milk

•Honey is an anti-bacterial substance which reacts with pores.

•We can also form a mixture by mixing honey with milk and apply it on the blackheads area.

•This should be left for 20 minutes and then the adhesive should be removed carefully.

• It helps in minimizing the dead cells.

Turmeric

•Non-edible turmeric has to be taken and this should be applied on black heads area.

• It helps in removing dead cells.

•Please note turmeric is sensitive to certain skins and if you face itching once you apply turmeric, please change the recipe.
