How to Set up Single Sign On for Havas Webmail1. Log into webmail – mail.havas.com

2. Select the Apps menu and then Click on the SSO Login procedure.

On the next screen, please enter your email address.

Please make sure you include the correct address domain (@havasmedia.com / @havasww.com / @havas.com / etc.)

You will receive an email containing a link

Open the link then click ”I Confirm” to proceed

When the process is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email.

When in the office, smartcloud.havas.com will take you to your mailbox without the need to login.

When accessing smartcloud.havas.com from a computer or mobile device outside the Havas network, you will be presented with a login page. Please use your Windows credentials (firstname.lastname, computer login password)

How to set Application Password for IBM SmartCloudApplication password is required for use with mobile devices, applications and for the Sametime.

1. Login to webmail

2. Open Account SettingsClick on the silhouetted head (or photo) icon in the top right to bring up the drop-down profile menu

Click on the Change button, below Manage Application Passwords

Enter a label for the new passwords you are about to generateand click Create button.(for example – ‘Mobile’ or ‘Sametime’)

You will need to enter this password for Sametime or Mobile Phone
