owner/leader. During this 27 day period participants
document viewpoints within a simple, thought
provoking, engaging format.
All participants, regardless of hierarchy, tenure, position,
etc. follow the exact same instructions and spend the
same amount of time per individual on the team.

Day 28 each participant has a 1:1 coaching call with a
certified FIT Facilitator. This coaching call serves
numerous purposes though primarily, to gauge the

to advancing business outcomes through
structured communication.
The experience immediately raises accountability
and strengthens cohesion among team members.
