Headlines Headlines should not exceed the allotted space. If your headline is too long, please do not adjust the font size. Instead, try and narrow down a shorter, more concise version of the headline for a quicker, more effective read. Body Text Body text should not exceed the allotted space either. If it does not fit, please shorten it for a quicker read. Replacing Pictures Notice every picture has “For Placeholder Only” watermarked across it. This means you must replace every picture with one of the stock images provided or one of your own so long as it is good enough quality. To do this, right-click the image you wish to change and click on “Change Picture.” Most likely you will have to re-crop the image.

Cropping If the photo needs to be re-cropped, you can find Microsoft Word’s crop feature under the “Format Picture” tab. You must have the picture selected to see the tab. Adding Additional Logos Certain templates have space for additional logos. The space where this is possible is marked. Please delete the box itself and add a logo or two as you see fit. Please make sure the clear space guidelines are followed. The “Additional Logos Here” box should still be deleted even if you have no logos to add. Using the Styles Pane All the necessary styling for text is provided in the styles pane. Simply click the styles icon shown on the right to open it. To style text, highlight the portion you wish to style and click on the desired style in the pane. * Note: Styles with white text will show as a blank box. Hover your mouse over it for a description.
