How to Update Profile Page with COVID-19 Safety Measures

1. Go to the data portal at: http://data.visitwilliamsburg.com

2. The page will look like this:

https://data.visitwilliamsburg.com/user/login/

3. Your username is your email address. If you have not yet set up your username with Visit Williamsburg or cannot remember your password, contact us via email at julie.oneil@visitwilliamsburg.com and provide the following: business name, contact name, business address, phone number and email address. You will be sent login credentials to access your page and make necessary updates.

4. Once logged-in, your screen will look like this:

5. To update your COVID-19 Safety Measures, click on the red box labeled “COVID-19.” Based on your type of business listing, you will see one of the following screens:

6. Once updated, information will show on your profile page (sample below):

7. Every business that updates its COVID-19 Safety Measures will also show on the master landing page.
