When is a micropipette needed?

Micropipettes are precision instruments designed to measure and transfer small volumes of liquids.

To acquire a given volume

Set the appropriate volume on the pipette using the dial control.

Attach a tip to the pipette.Push in the plunger button to the

first stop.Insert the tip into the sample.Release the plunger.The tip now contains.

To dispense a given volume

Put the tip into the container where you want the sample.

Press the plunger to the first stop.Remove the plunger from the
