Now let’s get to know thetools and features of Prezi

Now let’s take a look at the Customize tab...


Customize tab is where you can change your background image or color


This is where you can choosepre-set theme colors


Present link is where you can preview your work


This icon is where you can share your finishedpresentation on facebook or as embedded link


This icon is where you can adjust thescreen ratio and enable the keyword shortcuts.


This where you can zoom inor zoom out your work area


And this is your work area


Let’s click the Edit button here


And this is how your screen will look like...


Each slideshow has a corresponding numbers.


You can click the slideshow thumbnail to zoom in one of the slideshow...


or drag the thumbnail to reorder the slides


Now let’s upload an image slideshow...


you can do this by clicking on one of the thumbnails with rectangular frame


this will zoom in to the rectangular frame


Click the Insert tab at the top of the screenand click the Image link.


An Insert image screen will show. Click the Select files button to upload your image.


A window will pop out, locate & select the image file you preferred and click the Open button.


Now you can crop, resize or reposition the imageinside the rectangular frame.


Now let’s add text next to image...


Click the rectangular frame and a text box will appear.


Click the rectangular frame and an option bar will pop out.


You can edit the font, text size and text color


Now here’s how the new slide looks like.


We can also add Tittle text on the slideshow


Click the home icon button to show the whole slideshow overview


Click the Title part of the screen


Click the Edit Text button.


You can now edit the Title text


Let’s delete this subtitleby right clicking the text


Choose and click delete at the floating box.


Now let’s add YouTube video on one of the slideshow.


Click the slideshow thumbnail where you want to place the YouTube video


Click Insert button and select YouTube video from drop down menu.


A floating box will appear. This is where youwill put your YouTube link.


Go to YouTube.com and search for the video


Click the Share link and copy the video link


Paste the copied link here and click Insert button


Now let’s resize the video to fit the whole slide area.


You can resize the video screen by dragging the small nodes at the sides of it


Simply drag the video to positionon the right place


Let’s save our Prezi presentation.


Click the Save icon


Now you got your first Prezi presentation!!!


You can preview your finished work by clicking the Present button.


You can also share your presentationby clicking the Share button.


Let’s click the Share prezi... menu link


Click the Copy Link button.


Now you can paste the link to your website...


Or send it to people by putting their email address in this box and clicking the Add button


Now let’s share your Prezi presentationon you social media.


Click the Share button again and select the Share on Facebook link from the drop down menu


A pop up box will appear, let’s select the Facebook button to share the slideshow on Facebook


A pop up box will appear where you can write an introduction about your presentation.

click the Share Link button


We can also rename our Prezi presentationand add a short description...


Click the Exit button locatedat the top right of screen


This will lead you to this page.


To rename, click the Prezi tittleand type the appropriate name of the slideshow.


Click the Save button.


Now let’s edit the slideshow description


Click the Description boxand writethe description. Click Save.


Now you are ready to present your Preziand give a stellar presentation!
