Welcome This guide provides instructions on how to access the training provided by AMA Training- NSW workers compensation guidelines for the evaluation of permanent impairment 4th edition. We recommend that you use Google Chrome as the preferred browser as some other browsers may impact on your learning and training experience.

How to log in Go to the Learning Management System Step 1: Visit https://amavic.mygo1.com Step 2: Type in your Login and Password. Your login and password should be the same as your one used to book

your module. If you have forgotten your password please click on and follow the prompts. Your password will now be sent to you via email. Step 3: Once you have finished typing in your Login and Password, click

Log in successful You will now be taken through to your eLearning account to begin work on your module. In your dashboard, you will be able to see all the modules you have enrolled in. Click on your course.

Module Training Resources The training resources contain all the information about the module. You will find the Medical Board Code of Conduct, the NSW workers compensation guidelines for the evaluation of permanent impairment, a PowerPoint presentation of the module, supplementary material for online training and a number of case studies for you on self-study. You must read all the material before you start your assessment task.

Step 1: To access any of the documents listed in your training resources, just click on the title of the document.

Step 2: Once you have accessed the document and read through, you can download the document by clicking the download button on the top-right corner of the document.

Step 3: Once you have read through your document, click on to keep track of what you have learned. To going back to the front page of your Module, click on the module title on the top of the screen.

Assessment task Find the Assessment Task Step 1: Once you have gone through the training resources, you can access your assessment task. The assessment task is located just below the training resources on the front page of the module. It contains two parts: The Module assessment task and the module upload assessment.

Step 3: In this section, you will find the competency-based assessment for the Module. You will be able to download the assessment task from here by clicking the download button on the top-right corner of the document.

You can work on your assessment offline and include your answers by simply typing the answer below each question. Once you have answered all the questions, please save your file/Assessment in a secure location of your computer.

How to submit your assessment Step 1: In the front page of your module, find the upload assessment link under the section Assessment task, click on Module- Upload Assessment

Upload your assessment with your answers Step 2: You can drag and drop the file to upload into the box. Alternatively, you can click on the box to browse for your file to upload.

Step 3: Once you have uploaded your file, please tick off the box at the bottom of the screen to confirm that the files uploaded are your own work and finally click on the submit button

Step 4: Check your progress in My progress tab. Make sure you have read through all the training resources and marked completed in each section.

Step 5: Well done you have completed your assessment! You assessor will provide feedback in the next 5 business days (from the assessment due date). Once your assessor has completed the marking you will receive a notification in your inbox. If you do not receive a notification about your submission please email us to [email protected]

How to download your certificate of completion Step1: Once your assessor marked your submission as Competent, you should be able to see the module as on the front page of the module. Please click on the dots beside the Setting button to see the completion history.

Step 3: A window will pop up with a preview of your Certificate of completion. To download your certificate click on A pdf version of the certificate will be downloaded, make sure you save the file in a secure location in your computer.
