HOW TO USE THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN RIYADH ONLINE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM

Step One: Go to the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh Official Webpage: https://riyadhpe.dfa.gov.ph/:

Step Two: Click on the Online Appointment System:

Step Three: On the Online Appointment System Page, click the box beside the I have read and understood the instructions and information on this page, and agree to the Terms

and Conditions on the use of this online appointment and scheduling system. Then click Next.

Step Four: On the Services screen, choose the service you wish to avail of and click Next:

Step Five: On the next page, select the date and time of appointment from the available dates, then click the box beside “I’m not a robot” reCAPTCHA. Then click Next:

Step Six: Fill up the online form with the requested information, then click Next:

Step Seven: On the next screen, review your information then click the box next to I have carefully reviewed the entries of my personal details as encoded and hereby confirm my

appointment which I verified to be true and accurate. Then click Submit:

Step Eight: You will see a pop up screen saying that you have been sent an email. . After reading, click OK:

Step Nine: Check your email inbox for the email with instructions to verify your email.

Click on Verify my email:

Step Ten: A new window on your browser will open stating that you have successfully confirmed your email.

Step Eleven: Check your email inbox for your confirmation email. YOU ARE DONE!

Conditions on the use of this online appointment and scheduling system. I-click ang Next pagkatapos.

Step Four: Sa the Services screen, piliin ang serbisyo na nais kunin. I-click ang Next pagkatapos:

Step Five: Sa susunod na page, piliin ang petsa at oras ng appointment mula sa mga petsang bukas, pagkatapos ay i-click ang box sa tabi ng “I’m not a robot” reCAPTCHA. I-click ang Next pagkatapos:

Step Six: Punuin ang online form ng lahat ng hinihinging impormasyon. I-click ang Next pagkatapos:

Step Seven: Sa susunod na screen, suriin muli ang inyong impormasyon, pagkatapos ay i-click ang box sa tabi ng I have carefully reviewed the entries of my personal details as

encoded and hereby confirm my appointment which I verified to be true and accurate. I-click ang Submit:

Step Eight: Makakakita kayo ng pop-up screen na nagsasabi na kayo ay makakatanggap ng email. Pagkatapos basahin, i-click ang OK:

Step Nine: I-check ang inyong email inbox para sa email na may instructions para i-

verify ang inyong email. I-click ang Verify my email:

Step Ten: Magbubukas ng bagong window ang inyong browser na magsasabi na naging matagumpay ang pag-confirm ng inyong email.

Step Eleven: I-check muli ang inyong email inbox para sa inyong confirmation email. TAPOS NA PO!
