    Approve Resolution No. PC16-028, a Conditional Use Permit approving

    with a taproom at 214 Holmes Street for Howling Pooch Brewing.

    Introduction:

    Kevin Culver, representing Howling Pooch Brewing, has applied for a co

     permit for a small brewery with a taproom at 214 Holmes Street. The bui

    recently occupied by Shakopee Auction Center. The building was origina

    as Eastman Drug. The applicant proposes to serve their beer in their taprodistribute to area bars and restaurants. Mr. Culver does not anticipate cann

    of product. In addition to a taproom, an area is reserved for a kitchen area

    operated by another business entity, or it may be used as an additional ser
