STEPS TO RECEIVE NSBA CONFERENCE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT

I. Pull up the recent NSBA email outlining the courses for which you are eligible to receive CEC. (Alternatively, enter your registration EMAIL and LAST NAME & click LOGIN on the Conference websites at http://ceu.experient-inc.com/NSB131.)

II. For each session requiring an evaluation, complete the survey in the STATUS column of each session until each survey is shown as EVAL COMPLETE.

III. Select the PRINT MY CERTIFICATE button for submittal to ASBA. Print or email other copies to yourself as desired. (NOTE: You may get bounced back to a page requiring you to re-sign in using your email and last name before emailing or printing your NSBA Credit Certificate).

IV. From the email attachment, pull up and print off the ASBA's "The Academy of Board Member Development" brochure.

V. From the email attachment, pull up and open the ASBA-NSBA CEU Credit form. Fill in YOUR NAME and DISTRICT and select your COUNTY from the drop down list.

VI. Using the NSBA Total Credit Hours Claimed document, review each session's description and/or content material against our 10 Core Curriculum area from The Academy of Board Member Development brochure. Select the one curriculum area for which the session most closely aligns.

VII. Transpose, by Core Curriculum, each SESSION NAME and HOURS onto the ASBA-NSBA CEU Credit form. Once complete, total each Core Curriculum area.

VIII. Submit both the ASBA-NSBA CEU Credit form and the NSBA Total Credit Hours Claimed document to ASBA.

It is possible a session does not match any of our Core Curriculum areas. If it doesn't fit our parameters, we appreciate your personal interest in the topic, but do not include the course on ASBA-NSBA CEU Credit form.

If there is a session you attended that did not appear on your NSBA Total Credit Hours Claimed document, please add it to your ASBA-NSBA CEU Credit form, in the appropriate Core Curriculum category and with the duration of the session.

The NSBA 2013 Conference sessions handouts and session durations are still available for review at https://ww4.aievolution.com/nsb1301/.

Double check your math when calculating a total for each Core Curriculum area.
