Para usar con estar (to use with estar)
ESTAR = PRESENT CONDITION
ESTAR also is used with two words related to a present condition.
The first one is ahora (now)
For example:
El ciudadano está en el comedor ahora.
(The citizen is in the living room now)
ESTAR = PRESENT CONDITION
El ciudadano está en la casa de baños ahora.
(The citizen is in the bathhouse now)
ESTAR = PRESENT CONDITION
ESTAR is related to conditions that are temporary, they are NOT permanent.
The second one is hoy (today)
For example:
ESTAR = PRESENT CONDITION
Los invitados están en la fiesta hoy.
(The guests are in the party today)
