1Imaging Supplies Coalition2World Customs Organization3International Chamber of Commerce4Global Congress to Combat Counterfeiting
Counterfeiting has a global impact of $3 billion annually on the printing supplies industry.1
10% of world trade is made up of counterfeit, pirated, or grey-market product.2
Around 2.5 million jobs and over $150 million in tax revenue are lost every year due to counterfeiting activities across the
G20 economies alone.3
Ties between counterfeiting and organized crime are well documented, and there is evidence that terrorist groups are
using it to finance their activities.4
