HR Policies Compensation and Benefits:

plans along with organization plans, including potential mobility - Define adapted training activities and ensure budget is secured
Compensation:
- Build compensation analysis and annual salary budget plan using organizational guidelines - Manage the salary review process in alignment with performance assessment (guide and challenge
managers in their recommendations, consolidate the information and ensure result is aligned with approved budget)
Employee Engagement:
- Ensure employees participate in regular internal employee survey - Develop a work environment fostering collaboration and best practice sharing - Engage employees in ad hoc events, meetings, local initiatives to gather feedback and ideas
