(a.) All monies within and labeled as welfare and 30

unemployment monies over a period of 15 years will be 31

mandatory military service expenses and budget. 33

(2) At the end of the 15 years all monies directed to 41

welfare 42

programs and unemployment benefits will be used in 43

the Mandatory Military Service Budget. 44

(3) After the effective date no one under 30 may 45

apply for welfare or receive welfare or unemployment of any 46

kind unless disqualified from service in the armed forces. 47

SEC. 202 DIVISIONS OF APPROPRIATIONS AMOUNG ARMY, 48

NAVY, AIRFORCE 49

(a.) The divisions of the Mandatory Military Service 51

Budget are as 52

follows- 53

(1.) The Army will receive 25% of the total 54

budget. 55

(2.) The Airforce will receive 25% of the total 56

budget. 57

(3.) The Navy will receive 50% of the total 58

budget. 59

SEC. 203 ACQUISITION AND EXPANSION OF MILITARY 60

INFRASTRUCTURE 61

(a.) From the general appropriations fund 30 billion 62

dollars will be allotted 63

for three years along the same divisions as the Mandatory 64

Military Service budget to three military branches for the 65

purpose of purchasing and expanding current infrastructure 66

and training installations to accommodate the increased 67

training requirements. 68

TITLE II--MANDATORY MILITARY SERVICE 70

SEC. 301 EXEMPTIONS FROM SERVICE 73

(a.) Exemptions from service are limited to the same 74

guidelines as 75

armed services currently have and use. 76

SEC. 302 REQUIREMENTS OF SERVICE 78

(a.) All eligible citizens between the ages of 18 and 26 79

must serve for 80

two years as a member of the armed forces on active 81

duty. 82

(1) After the two years the citizen must either 83

stay with the 84

active army, join the national guard, or join the 85

reserves of their 86

respective military branch. 87

(b.) All eligible citizens after their two years of service 88

must follow one 89

the above listed options until the age of 40- 90

(1) excepting those dishonorably discharged 91

(2) excepting those declared medically unfit for 92

duty by a 93

military physician 94

(c.) All those in the armed forces must pass and 95

maintain a 96

national concealed weapons permit that is valid in all 97

states and 98

prove weapon proficiency once a year. 99

(d.) All those in the armed forces must pass their 100

respective physical 101

requirements for their branch of the military twice 102

yearly. 103

(1.) Failure to meet the physical standards set 104

will result in 105

one retake of the exam per physical and if 106

failed the 107

individual must immediately attend a 4-8 108

week bootcamp, at 109

completion they are considered a passing 110

grade on the 111

physical. 112
